Terms of Use
Effective date: October 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at cyberbricks.ai, including its pages, interactive demos and forms. In these terms we call all of that the “Site”. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Cyberbricks LLC. “You” means the person using the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it, and “you” then includes that organization.
2. Who we are
Cyberbricks LLC is a limited liability company organized in the United States. We provide AI consulting, engineering and products for businesses. You can reach us about these terms at info@cyberbricks.ai.
3. The Site is informational
The Site describes our services and products for business audiences. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quote, a proposal or a contract. We do not sell anything through the Site. Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either of us.
We provide services only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.
What the Site says about our practices, delivery model, sectors, timelines and results is general information. It is not a promise about what we will deliver for you, and it may change without notice.
4. Demos and the impact estimator
The Site includes interactive demos: a sandbox, the BrickYard idea-to-manifest generator and an impact estimator. They run entirely in your browser. Their outputs are illustrative only.
- Demo outputs show how we approach a problem. They are not advice of any kind, including technical, legal, financial, tax, security or investment advice.
- Impact estimator figures are rough calculations based on the inputs you enter and general assumptions. They are not a quote, a forecast or a guarantee of cost, savings, revenue or any other result.
- A BrickYard manifest is a sketch of a possible build. It is not a specification, a scope of work, or a commitment that we will build it or that it can be built as shown.
Do not rely on demo outputs to make business decisions. If you want a real assessment, contact us and we can scope one under a separate agreement.
5. Product names and status
The Site mentions products we are working on, including Callframe, Paperlift, Meterline and Gatekeep. Each one is at the concept, pilot or development stage, as the Site labels it. Their names, features, availability, pricing and timing may change, and we may pause or stop work on any of them at any time.
Mentioning a product on the Site is not a commitment to release it, offer it to you, or provide it on any particular terms. Access to any product, including a pilot, requires a separate written agreement.
6. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the Site and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, animations, page design and layout, code and the demos. Copyright, trademark and other laws protect them.
“Cyberbricks”, our logos and our product names are our trademarks or trade names, whether or not they are registered. You may not use them in a way that suggests we sponsor, endorse or partner with you, or in a way likely to cause confusion, without our written permission. Other names and marks on the Site belong to their owners.
7. Limited license to use the Site
As long as you comply with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site and use its demos to evaluate our services. You may print or save a reasonable number of pages for that purpose if you keep any copyright and other notices on them.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, license, frame or modify the Site or its content, or create derivative works from it, except as this section allows or as the law permits.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in a way that breaks any law or regulation, or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- scrape, crawl or harvest the Site in a way that overloads it, gets around its access controls or rate limits, or otherwise harms the service;
- attack, probe or scan the Site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation, for example through denial-of-service, malware or injection attacks (good-faith security research that avoids harm and privacy violations, and that you report to info@cyberbricks.ai promptly and privately, is welcome);
- bypass or disable security features, rate limits or spam protections;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Site or its demos, except to the extent the law allows this despite the restriction;
- submit the contact form by automated means, send spam or bulk submissions, or submit false information or another person’s identity;
- send malicious code, or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or abusive.
Ordinary search engine indexing that respects the Site’s robots.txt file is allowed.
9. What you send us
When you use the “Start a build” form or email us, you may send us your name, work email, company, a message and the challenges you select. You are responsible for what you send.
- Keep confidential information out. Do not send trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information through the form or by email before we have both signed a non-disclosure agreement. Until then, we have no obligation to keep your submission confidential, and we may already be working on similar ideas. This does not change how we handle personal information, which our Privacy Policy covers.
- Only send other people’s personal data if you have the right to. Do not include personal information about anyone else unless you are allowed to share it with us for this purpose.
- Be accurate. You confirm that what you send is accurate and that you have the right to send it.
You keep ownership of your submission. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, copy, use and process it to respond to you, assess and follow up about a possible engagement, and keep business records.
10. Third-party services and links
The Site runs on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, data storage and analytics. The Site may also link to websites that we do not operate.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security or availability. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party website is governed by that website’s own terms and policies.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it and the choices you have. It forms part of these terms.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the Site, its content, its demos and their outputs “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy.
We do not warrant that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that it is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or current.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.
- Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms is limited to USD 100.
These limits apply to every legal theory, whether contract, tort including negligence, strict liability or any other. They do not apply to liability that the applicable law does not allow us to limit or exclude. They also do not apply to services under a separate signed agreement, which sets its own terms.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cyberbricks LLC and its personnel, contractors and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from:
- your breach of these terms;
- your misuse of the Site;
- anything you send us through the Site or by email; or
- your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.
We may take over the defense of any claim covered by this section at our own expense, and you will cooperate with us. You may not settle such a claim without our written consent.
15. Export and sanctions compliance
You may not use the Site in violation of US export control or economic sanctions laws, or any other export or sanctions laws that apply to you. You confirm that you are not located in a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions. You also confirm that you are not named on, or owned or controlled by anyone named on, a US government restricted party list, such as the Specially Designated Nationals list maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Do not send us export-controlled technical data through the Site or by email.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on the Site and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we may also give notice on the Site.
Changes apply from the date we post them and do not apply to disputes that arose before that date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
17. Suspension and termination of access
We may suspend, restrict or end your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or that doing so is needed to protect the Site, us or others. This includes blocking traffic from particular addresses or networks. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Sections 6, 9, 12, 13, 14, 18 and 19 continue to apply after your access ends.
18. Governing law and venue
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the state in which Cyberbricks LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
The state and federal courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Nothing in this section takes away rights that the law where you live says cannot be waived by contract.
19. General terms
Severability. If a court finds any provision of these terms unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the rest of these terms remain in effect.
Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. They replace any earlier understandings about the Site. A separate signed agreement governs any services we provide to you.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these terms, or delay doing so, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. We may assign them, including as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.
Notices. We may give you notices by posting them on the Site or, if you have contacted us, by email. You can send notices to us at info@cyberbricks.ai.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect how these terms are read.
20. Contact
For questions about these terms, or to send a legal notice, email info@cyberbricks.ai. For a legal notice, please put “Legal notice” in the subject line.
